A message from us

Stayz 47 was built from experience.

Over the years, we’ve travelled extensively and stayed in a wide range of short-term accommodations. Through those experiences, we gained a clear understanding of what guests truly value — comfort, cleanliness, thoughtful presentation, and clear expectations.

We also noticed a distinct difference between homes that were simply listed and those that were genuinely well managed. The latter offered a sense of ease, consistency, and confidence that allowed guests to relax and feel at home.

That perspective shaped Stayz 47.

Having also experienced relocating internationally, we understand the importance of a space that feels settled, welcoming, and easy to live in from the moment you arrive. That experience reinforced our belief that short-term accommodation should offer more than convenience — it should feel considered, comfortable, and familiar, even when you’re far from home.

Our approach is centred on carefully curated homes, managed with intention and care, and held to consistent standards across every stay. Each property is selected and prepared with the same attention to detail we expect ourselves when travelling.
